Appraisers:

ValueConnect is a low-cost alternative to an AMC. You keep 85% of each appraisal order.  Only a few steps to join ValueConnect: FREE online registration, provide current E&O, license, Resume and W-9 for approval, designate your service area & business type, and you’re ready to receive orders.  You also have the unique ability to invite your current lender clients to join the system- compliant with HVCC.

How do appraisers receive orders?
Once you’re registered & approved by ValueConnect staff, you’re all set to receive orders.  You’ll receive orders from ValueConnect staff, complete with the appraisal order information and lender-requested due date for appraisal.  Review & agree to the order. 
  
Who sets the appraisal fee?
ValueConnect has a set fee schedule (see below “Fees” for listing). 

What is the expected turnaround time?
ValueConnect asks its appraisers to review and agree to decline the order within 24 hours.  Once you agree to an order, the timeline is reasonable, based on the lender’s initial request, size of the property, and driving time.

What changed on ValueConnect?
No more bidding for residential orders.  And appraiser doesn’t pay ValueConnect, we pay you.

Do I have to accept an order?
You have the option of declining an order if it’s outside your coverage area or schedules conflict.

How will I be insured that I will receive orders?
You must be registered with ValueConnect.  You must be currently insured and licensed and have no claims or disciplinary actions. 

Can I change the appraisal fee?
The appraisal fee is set by ValueConnect.  If you are not in agreement with the appraisal fee, you have the option of declining the order.

Only a few steps to join: FREE online registration and payment setup.  As a client, utilize electronic order entry and the unique ability to invite your current appraiser clients to join the system.  Ensure you’re maintaining quality relationships…and for orders in a different coverage area, utilize the FREA insured network. 


How will you verify/approve appraisers?
Our appraisers will have to be registered with ValueConnect, be currently Insured & Licensed and have no claims or disciplinary actions.

Who sets the appraisal fee?
ValueConnect has a set fee schedule (see below “Fees” for listing). 

How will you select the appraiser for the job?
The appraisers will be selected based on your selective list of appraisers, qualification for the type of appraisal, years of experience and proximity to the property.

When is payment expected?
We expect payment from the lender at the time the order is submitted.

We have over 6,000 insured appraisers in 50 states that perform every type of appraisal requested.
